Milksha's New Drinks Are Here! Must-Try Caramel Crunch Black Tea & Cloud Latte, with "Teaccino" Taking Over in April
The spring bubble tea scene is really not playing around, with new launches coming thick and fast. But the one that's got our editorial team and fellow bubble tea fanatics buzzing this week is definitely Milksha's brand new "Caramel Tea Salon" series. We gotta say, this time Milksha didn't just create new drinks; they basically packed the concept of a dessert shop into a cup. Enough chit-chat, let's dive straight into the must-try new faves and the hidden highlights coming your way in April!
The Caramel Trio: A Symphony of Crunch, Cream, and Tea
The star of this March "Caramel Tea Salon" series that'll catch your eye is definitely the new ingredient called "Caramel Crunch". It's not your usual caramel syrup; these are little crunchy bits packed with a distinct caramelised flavour. Eating them on their own is like munching on cookies, but when mixed into the drink, they add a wonderfully semi-crunchy texture. They're absolutely the soul of this series.
- Caramel Crunch Black Tea (Large $4.50): If you're a purist who loves plain tea, start here. Using Taizen Black Tea as a base, it has a familiar, nostalgic taste with a subtle hint of roasted cassia seed in the finish. It's not overly sweet, but the sweetness of the caramel sauce cleverly complements the tea's aroma. Finally, slurp up some of the caramel crunch floating on top with your straw – it's refreshing with a delightful surprise. A lightly sweet option you could happily drink every day.
- Salted Caramel Earl Grey Latte (M $5.50 / L $6.50): This one's for those who prefer a more mature flavour profile. The bergamot aroma of Earl Grey tea is inherently elegant, and adding fresh milk makes it wonderfully smooth. The true magic, however, is the salted caramel. The balance of sweet and savoury is spot on, elevating the entire flavour profile. It's not cloyingly sweet but an elegant latte that keeps you coming back for more.
- Caramel Cloud Latte (Large $7.50): This is the looker of the bunch and the editor's personal favourite. Milksha uses their classic "Na Bei" black tea, which naturally has a caramel aroma, as the base. Combined with Green Light fresh milk, it's already rich, but then they top it off with a thick layer of caramel cream foam and generously sprinkle caramel crunch on top. As you drink, the foam blends into the tea, creating a texture as light as a cloud, while the caramel flavour remains wonderfully full. Maximum indulgence, but the happiness it brings is absolutely worth it!
More Than Just a Drink: Elevate Your Tea Time with a Canelé Add-On
This time, Milksha isn't just selling drinks; they're helping you prep your whole afternoon tea experience. They've teamed up with popular dessert brand "Flower Brick Dessert". From 11 March to 31 March, with the purchase of any drink from the Caramel Tea Salon series, you can add on an original canelé for just $2.50. The slightly crispy shell and soft, moist, caramel-infused interior of the canelé, paired with the Caramel Cloud Latte, will make your afternoon so blissful you'll want to do a little happy dance.

Coming Up in April: First Look at "Amber" and "Baby" from the Teaccino Series
If the March caramel series isn't enough to satisfy your cravings, Milksha has already announced a second wave arriving on 1 April: the "Teaccino" series. The concept here is really interesting – they're essentially adapting the idea of a café cappuccino to tea, using velvety frothed milk instead of plain fresh milk to create a refined, tea-based texture.
Two new drinks will debut then: "Amber Teaccino" pairs charcoal-roasted oolong tea with caramel-infused milk foam, offering a mature and robust character. Meanwhile, "Baby Teaccino" is a caffeine-free option, focusing on rich milky flavour and sweet caramel notes, inspired by the 'Babyccino' served to kids in Australian cafes. It allows adults and children alike, who might avoid coffee or tea, to enjoy this "coffee-like" salon ambience. From 1 to 7 April, these two Teaccino drinks will also be available at a special price of $6.90, so definitely look forward to that.
From March's Caramel Crunch to April's Teaccino, this move by Milksha really shows their intent to transform "drinking tea" into a more fun and stylish lifestyle ritual. Fellow bubble tea lovers, go all in on the Caramel series this week, and get ready to keep the party going in April!
