Take, for instance, the para-snowboarder who suffered a horrific accident a few years ago. Many would have given up, but he fought his way back – with a clear goal: "I want to be the best." It's precisely this attitude that defines our entire team. Alongside him, eight other Swiss athletes will be competing for medals in disciplines like Alpine skiing, biathlon, and snowboard. I've followed them over the past few months, seen their training – the potential is immense.
